QFI Pest Control is keeping a close eye on the evolving COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Promoting public health and safety to all homeowners and businesses is top priority in our industry. We have been given guidelines that meet the CDC and Health Canada's best practice recommendations for being protected during the current climate and have altered a number of our service offerings in keeping with social distancing efforts.

With many spending more time in their homes, pest control services are essential to protecting a healthy environment. Residential pest control begins with servicing the outside of the structure and keeping pests from coming into the home. In order to ensure our homeowners and our service professionals can maintain a healthy, pest-free environment, our licenced service technicians are taking all due precautions:

 

• Option of exterior only service 

• Our service professionals always wear a new pair of gloves at every account, disposing of them when they are done.

• No Contact – Our technicians can leave the service reports at the door upon completion of the service, eliminating person to person contact and interaction.

• In the event that an interior service is required, our technicians will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including as always, a new pair of gloves. This would minimize avenues of exposure to any other person.
